1. Will the chosen shipping service work for my country, and which carrier is used? What's the expected arrival time?

We provide free shipping to numerous countries like the USA, Canada, and Australia.

The delivery time includes the order preparation duration plus the shipping time.

In most instances, we typically process and arrange shipments within 2-10 business days upon receiving your order. The shipping duration ranges between 2-5 weeks, but this timeframe might differ between regions within the same country.

We provide complimentary shipping to most countries, except for Iceland. Unfortunately, due to ongoing unfortunate events, we are currently unable to ship to Ukraine. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

For shipments destined for Iceland, there is a minimum shipping fee of USD 80.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds

1. How do I cancel an order?

You have a 48-hour window to cancel your order without providing any specific reason, and this cancellation is free of charge.

However, once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you persist in canceling a shipped order, a fee ranging between 30% to 50% of the order amount will be applied. This fee is to cover our storage, order preparation, and shipping expenses and will be deducted from the refund of your item(s).

2. What if I receive a damaged item?

Items received with broken glass, dented shades, or frames are not deemed defective and cannot be returned. However, we do offer to replace the glass or shades at no extra cost in such instances.

Should you opt not to receive a replacement but prefer to return the item, it will be considered a standard return and may incur a fee of up to 35%. Additionally, we retain the right to deduct any outgoing shipping charges from the refund.

3. When will I receive the refund?

Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). About Product

1. Can the lamp dimmable?

If your lamp utilizes bulbs like E27, E14, G9, etc., you have the option to select a dimmable bulb, enabling compatibility with your dimmable system. If your home doesn't have a dimmable system, feel free to contact us, and we'll tailor the lamp accordingly. For LED-chip lamps, the light source isn't changeable internally. Typically, we offer warm light, cool light, and dimmable versions. If a dimmable version isn't available on the product page, please reach out to us. We have the capability to make all lamps dimmable. If this is what you need, don't hesitate to ask us.

2. Can I have a longer cable?

We offer 150cm cable for most lamps. If you want a longer cable (within 800cm), please make a note when you place the order, we will extend the cable for free.

3. Does The Voltage Required By The Product I Purchased Match The Country Where I Am Located?

Our products are adapted to the voltage requirements of specific countries: 110V-120V: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Cuba. 220V-240V: UK, Australia, France, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Spain, Norway, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, New Zealand, Belgium, South Africa, Egypt, Chile, Denmark, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, Israel, Switzerland.
